Fred's international expertise in marketing, entrepreneurship, and consulting fuels his efforts in taking OhmIQ technology to global households and businesses. With his years at the Electrolux Group, where he managed the $1.2 billion AEG brand, he gained valuable insights into appliance development and marketing, understanding the competitive advantages sought by potential OhmIQ customers. Fred's experience as a co-founder of MyTelescope.io, a Swedish martech start-up, equips him with practical knowledge of emerging technological challenges and opportunities. Prior to OhmIQ, he consulted for global giants like Volvo, Scandinavian Airlines, and Aritco, applying his extensive experience, networking acumen, and practical perspective. A Belgian native, Fred's fluency in six languages adds to his global appeal.

Neil's marketing expertise spans diverse industries, from beer and white goods to financial services. He has crafted the global brand identity of Staropramen beer and introduced the "Chalice Glass" to Stella Artois, highlighting his innovative thinking. After successfully consulting in beer, spirits, and tech, Neil joined OhmIQ, bringing hands-on start-up experience. He briefly managed a groundbreaking partnership between production, brands, and publishers, though it was a casualty of Covid. Prior to that, he revamped marketing strategy for Western Union and Electrolux's European division, demonstrating his strategic prowess and adaptability.

BOARD MEMBER


Dennis is a principal at IAG Fund in Charleston, SC, focusing on local and early-stage investments. His roles include evaluating investments, conducting financial analysis, and performing due diligence. Previously, he managed analytics at Sherman Financial Group, LLC, pricing consumer debt portfolios and overseeing predictive models. Dennis also has 20 years of experience as a Pilot and Aviation Engineering Duty Officer in the U.S. Navy, with roles including Flight Research Scientist, Avionics Systems Manager, and Production Director for P-3s and Aircraft Engines. His service highlights include the Gulf War and Information Warfare roles. He has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering from MIT, and memberships in Sigma Xi, Tau Beta Pi, and Sigma Gamma Tau societies. Dennis serves on the Place-Based Impact Investing Board for Coastal Community Foundation.

Bruce's extensive experience is shaping the strategic development and execution of supplier and manufacturing partnerships at OhmIQ. His leadership across various industries like Consumer and Commercial Electronics (Motorola), Home Automation (Savant), and Electronic Safety (ADT) has culminated in success. At Motorola, Bruce implemented Six Sigma globally, earning the National Quality Award. Now, he collaborates with OhmIQ's engineering and business teams to create volume manufacturing strategies for reliable and cost-effective solutions. Bruce guides product and process quality improvements with established techniques. His educational background includes Engineering at Northeastern University, Business at Fisher College, and Executive Development at the Kellogg School of Management and Motorola University.

GREGORY LYON

PRINCIPAL ENGINEER AND HEAD OF INNOVATION

Greg brings a track record of near-constant innovation with an average of almost one U.S. patent per year during his 40-year career in industry. Of his 38 patents, six are related to OhmIQ’s technology, which has been a focus of Greg’s efforts for 17 years. Over the years, Greg has worked for General Electric, Leviton Manufacturing, Thomson Industries and American Standards Testing Bureau, all in the capacity of research, technology and product development with a focus on applied physics.  Never afraid to shake things up, in 2000, he founded LTB (Lyons, Tigers and Bears) Engineering, which specializes in the development and deployment of disruptive technologies. The client list of LTB includes: Danaher Motion, Fairchild, Vartest labs, Guardian Technologies, Pacific Bearing, Hastings Manufacturing, Ziehm Medical, SGS Govmark, Thomas Instrument, Drive Medical, Corvida Medical, Leviton and IBM.

Greg was born and raised in New York, and holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and South Carolina.

Matt brings significant expertise in licensing to OhmIQ, having led the Electrolux Group’s global licensing business for more than a decade. Under Matt’s leadership, Electrolux licensing revenues ranked in the top 20 globally in growth. He brings a solid background in finance to the licensing business, having started his career as VP Finance for Stanley Professional Tools, followed by other positions in finance. He also knows well many of the challenges potential licensees face on international markets, having served as Executive VP and General Manager of Electrolux International, where he led the division to multiple years of growth and expansion in more than 60 countries. At OhmIQ, Matt will be using his licensing, finance and marketing experience to forge lasting relationships and long-term licensing partnerships.

ROBERT BRUNSON

TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION DIRECTOR

Robert, with nearly five years in Ohmic applications, has actively participated in every phase of project development, backed by 23 years of government contracting experience. He's held progressive roles such as team lead, Integrated Project Team lead, Operations Manager, and Sr Program Manager. Known for developing new processes, Robert has crafted lean methods for tracking performance during aggressive timelines. He has also managed complex programs; notably, he led the transition for the B-1B Training System, overseeing everything from construction and infrastructure to the transfer and reassembly of top-secret assets. Robert has B.S. degrees in Mechanical and Agricultural Engineering from Clemson University, an MBA from Charleston Southern University, and has been a certified Project Management Professional for years.
